BLUE-berry-CHEESE-cake



amacam? nampak sedap kan..kehkehkeh..perasan...
well, today we had a jamuan persaraan for Dr. Salma Idris..
n i have this intention to make people crazy about cheesecake..(hehe)
it had been long since the last time i make this cake..nearly a year or more..
i made this especially for Dr.Salma..i admire her so much..
her achievements, passion in her work, lookin' at her i always say to myself, "if she can do it , i surely can do just like her, or maybe better..it's just a matter of time, learn..then you'll succeed.."
and more, i like her ketegasan..firmness...tapi perfectionist tu tamau..as Dr. Shukor said, she's a bit fussy..but who cares...she's damn good in her work..
nak boh gambar Dr. Salma Idris takde plak..so gambar cheesecake je la..hahaha...
ade org tanye resepi cheesecake tadi..meh nak share..senang je..
500g philedelphia cheese
3/4 cup of castor sugar
1/2 cup of whipped cream
3 teaspoon of soy gelatin in 1/2 cup of hot water
10-15 pcs of biscuits
1/2 cup of melted butter
blueberry topping as needed
1st, hancurkan itu biskut kasar2 je, jgn hancur sangat, nanti terlalu padat, tuang melted butter..kacau sampai sebati..tuang dalam loyang..tekan2 sampai rata..biskut ni BASE cheesecake nie..then masukkan dalam freezer untuk dikeraskan..
2nd, pukul itu cheese sampai lembut (cam pukul butter mase buat kek) then masuk gula, whipped cream, gelatin..puttaaaaarrrr lagi sampai sebati..tuang dalam loyang..bekukan dalam fridge..1-2 jam..buboh topping sesuka hati dan sesedap rasa..haha..dan jemputla menjamu selera..sila-sila..
